Daughter paid a visit with 2yr old grandson to visit santa's grotto in Livingston - after lengthy wait got to front of queue, was told no voucher (which was to be purchased at front of store) no visit! No indication at entrance to Grotto that voucher was required, no staff on hand to assist or give any advice that voucher was required, which we could have bought whilst standing in the queue! Grotto closed at 4pm this was now 4.10 so grandson didn't get to see Santa, rang to complain, just got more frustrated. Member of staff was quite clearly bored with my complaint the yawning was almost audible through the telephone. sent them an email, no response. do you think they care?? not spending any more of my hard earned cash in any of their stores....
