Worst Company
Bought dinning table and chairs,turns out the the chair legs were not the colour I ordered
I complained but no avail I was treated as criminal even though I had offered to pay for new chairlegs after months of phoning them ....now I have been told I am not getting them.... avoid at all cost
Well hello, here you are again with your fake reviews, shall I put on your emails and your order details of what you ordered? and what you received? also the fact that we had to report you to Action Fraud because you attempted to do a chargeback by falsely claiming that you never received your order? and Paypal Fraud department closed your case as it was FRAUD!
You ordered the less expensive table and chair set with dark wooden legs, all of which you ordered yourself online. You received your order and falsely accused us of sending the wrong legs. We proved to you that you DID receive what you ordered, and we said that we would order your the legs that you actually want at extra cost WHEN they were available, this would be a special order, no payment was taken for these.
You then opened a case for non receipt and tried to falsley claim that you NEVER received any of your order to defraud us of the full amount

That's what I wanted to hear that the legs were on order because I understood that we had reached an agreement that I will pay for chrome legs and that were ordered by yourself from manufacturer that's was in July but I spoke to rep mark and according to him he can not get hold of of the manufacturer

Bought fire place add for few weeks. In love with it. Put all off a sudden 2 cracked appeared I live alone so one here to do these cracks one off the cracks seem to be behind the glass as can’t feel it when rubbing finger over it and there refusing to help me and said I must of thrown some think at it that’s rediculase as it was my pride and joy sent pics of it want let this go till I get some help
you have had an exchange for damage that you have caused yourself, which should have been claimed for on your house insurance.
The fireplace wasn't damaged, two weeks later, it was damaged and we have exchanged it
Furthermore to this, we wasted £80 attempting to deliver on a day that was arranged with you and there was some agreement in which you didn't actually purchase the item, someone bought it for you, so we spent £80 going out to do an exchange for something that you broke, then to top it off, the person who actually bought the item, didn't answer his phone on the day of the prearranged delivery, couldn't gain access into the housing complex block of flats, so AGAIN had to repay a courier to deliver again
all round utter farce, which cost a small business over £1000 for something that has been damaged by you

ordered louis dinning table chairs they rang me to say it was in stock and they would contact me about delivery they didn't so rang them 3 times got the same nswer that I should hear from some one about delivery for the following week but didn't so I rang them last week to cancel this order still not received a refund yet don't buy from this company they are awful and rude
ordered one day, said they didn't want delivery as yet as they were selling their table & chairs
then rung a few days later, have sold table and chairs, deliver straight away
like any company, we have a list of deliveries so it would take 2/3 weeks to arrange
customer then rung us two days later asking where the items were, explained, two days later, fed up of waiting so cancelled the order with us
I am anything but rude, but your messages were totally confusing, you were messaging us on ebay, then calling, then saying no one had rung you when I had just spoke with you
all you did was waste our time keep changing your mind everyday and yes I did say that to you as this is a fact and you cost us over a hundred pounds in cancelled delivery charges

My item was not delivered as promised. Two weeks after ordering I therefore cancelled. I was promised a refund within 30 days which never materialised. They now refuse to answer emails. My next stop will be a lawyer. Beware!

You placed an order for a number of items and provided us with a contact number that noone could contact you. This was your own admission after I emailed you for your first delivery of your furniture and you told me that the home number that you had provided on your order form wasn't the best number to call you on. The first delivery was delivered to a shed as you requested and your second order was of a mirror.
You had then provided us with a mobile number for this second part of your order, our logistics team was calling you and texting you but no avail, when we checking with you via email again, ( with a timely delay of responding) you stated that the mobile number actually doesn't work where you are located, rendering this information and number given useless.
you then quite rudely stated that we should have left in the shed at another location again, however, as I had explained, this wasn't an option without confirmation as we needed to confirm with you firstly that it could be left in this unlocked shed again, (which was not actually anywhere near your property, i.e in the garden, but on a dirt track leadning upto your property)
Anyone dealing with any deliveries will tell you that no one will leave things without confirmation especially in a shed in a remote place! fair enough if we had confirmation but as we couldn't get hold of you on any of the numbers that you provided, or previously stated that none of the numbers were actually valid in the first place!
your review is totally dishonest as you received all of your order, apart from the mirror which was with a seperate delivery company and would have been delivered in time if you had provided us with a valid contact number in the first place!
your refund of £112.50 was actioned within the 30 working days and we didn't not answer any emails, like your calls, you probably missed them!

How were you ever a customer of ours seeing as you never paid/ placed for your order and was trying to barter the prices down, I am afraid that we are not a market stall
the prices are as shown, very clear on our website, just because we wouldn't drop the price to what you wanted to pay, gives you no right to write a dishonest review

Disappointing Query Resolution
Having ordered a complete bedroom suite and spending over £1800, you might expect a good level of accuracy and service, but having to wait 7 weeks for a single infant bed is a little excessive.
I have been pleased with the regular updates and quality of the furniture, but the attitude of the Customer Service Manager is awful.
It had been suggested on previous communication with the company that I would be compensated for my troubles, and this came in the form of a £16.95 credit, without my knowledge or agreement. When I challenged this I was forwarded trading agreement statements suggesting that they do not give compensation, even though they had 'compensated' me £16.95. On suggesting that I was unimpressed and that I might right a bad review if I cannot come to a suitable compromise it was suggested that I was blackmailing them.
I have found this service to be extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend you to use these. I have been able to find the exact furniture through other websites, and I would choose to go to a different company in the future.

My order was supposed to arrive within 6 - 10 days, but never arrived. I contacted customer service to check on the status, and got an automatic reply that someone would be in touch within two days. They never did respond. Eventually I got an email that they had cancelled my order. No explanation. Terrible service. I would never purchase from this company again.

Great Service And Great Furniture
I purchased 4 items from the Burford collection of bedroom furniture
Was emailed to say delivery would be within 10 days, was called the next day, took delivery on the 4th day
Two men bought furniture into my attic room, assembled the bed and took the packaging away
Uniquechic was the cheapest online, service great and I am extremely pleased with all aspects of my purchase
