I cannot recommend to buy anything at this shop at all. I got a damaged table delivered more than 5 months ago for which I had paid more than 3000 GBP. Customer service is absolutely not helpful - they seem to not care at all. I neither got a replacement nor a refund so far. Absolutely disappointing!

I ordered a load of different products from this firm. They didn't deliver to the time scale we agreed at the start. Of the product that did arrive in time some had faults. Waited weeks for someone to come and fix them only to have them cancel at the last minute because apparently they had double booked. Truly terrible customer services. If you are thinking of using this firm, you have been warned.

The products themselves except for the broken one are of a high quality.

I would just like to say how pleased I am with the products that I have purchased and the service provided by the people in the Kingston store. They were very patient with me, as I'm extremely indecisive and when one of the products I had purchased got accidently damaged they were very helpful in fixing the problem.

The products have been produced to an extremely high standard, very strong and storage has been discretely hidden into the products, which has come in handy in my small apartment.

When the products where delivered the men were very careful and knowledgeable about the products (they even put on the floor protection).

Overall a painless and enjoyable experience.

I fell upon the Chest of Drawers website purely by accident after trying to source a particular type of blanket, which I proceeded to buy online. I was very surprised by the great service I received via emails when I submitted a query, the response was personal and very quick. The blanket arrived fast and I am delighted with the quality of it. I will definitely be keeping the website on my 'favourites' list, will recommend and will use again!

I have purchased a number of items of bedroom furniture from the Islington branch. The wood is beautiful (reclaimed walnut). Just recently one of the knobs from my bedside drawers came lose - 3 years after purchase. I mentioned it when I last went in to browse and the assistant immediately noted the issue and a carpenter was out within the week securing new knobs to both sets of bedside drawers, by screwing in what was previously stuck in(no charge) - that's what I call an excellent after sales service.

The service and quality is so good at Chest of Drawers that I will be saving to buy a new dining table and chairs from here. The staff are very pleasant and knowledgeable, not at all pushy. I have spent ages browsing in here and often drag my friends in to view the lovely pieces of furniture.

Having visited the Kingston branch a couple of times I ended up buying a table that was far too big for my new house! I had asked the shop to store the table for me for a couple of months (which they had kindly agreed to do) and it was a number of weeks before I realised the mistake I had made. On contacting the company to advise them of my very foolish error, I was advised that I could re-select a new table which was incredibly decent of them. The staff in store were very helpful, friendly and efficient and I am thrilled that I am now awaiting a very beautiful table that will look fabulous and actually fit in my kitchen!
