“Shockingly bad quality”

Have purchased Next furniture many times over the years, however the recent purchase is shockingly bad, the seat cushions on the extra large Stratus IV sofa move inside the covers, every time someone sits on them the stitching rolls underneath the cushions, this has happened from day one and after 4 months I contacted them as the covers are getting so baggy from keep adjusting, Next have advised there is no fault and the case is closed, I have tried to advise it is a design fault as they have used two types of foam inside and they slide against each other, shocking and would advise everyone to avoid buying at all costs. such a shame as Next furniture quality and customer care have always been exceptional in the past.

I've got the same problem with my 4 mth old sofa from next. Also been told there is nothing wrong, when there clearly is. Can I ask are you talking this any further as I really want too, I don't feel the sofa is fit for purpose.

Did you take it further? I'm ringing about mine today, Stamford. Ten months old and sounds like it's been thrown down the stairs. The frame creaks and cracks on moving and standing. £1,500 wasted
