I placed an order and was informed it was all in stock and would be with me by the weekend. Monday nothing so I Emailed (They did not have the decency to contact me) the response was Thank you for your recent enquiry.
I have looked into this for you and it seems that the flexifil is currently in the process of being manufactured and it is not yet ready for dispatch.

Please look out for a further email from us confirming that the order has been dispatched.

Ok so I waited a little miffed that it was all in stock when I rang but still. A week went by and still nothing so we rang. This time it was the Jars for the flexi fill that had not turned up. Complete incompetence how can you sell and charge the card instantly for a product you know you do not have available. Complete sham of a company
