UniqueChic - YOU ROCK!!

A recent house move saw us looking for new beds for our children - having come across Uniquechic before but not actually purchasing anything I decided to have a look and see if they had anything suitable. After some time on their beautiful website I decided to ring their office and ask for some advice - after all they do know everything about the furniture they sell :)
I spoke with a very helpful lady who ran through design features of some of the beds and also dimensions etc, sadly none of the beds I was first drawn to would fit in their intended rooms.
Not to worry - the lady said she would send me over some pictures and details of some other beds she had in stock but hadn't as yet put on the website as they were a new range and they'd been so busy they just hadn't the time to put them on.
I received an email within 15 minutes of putting the phone down, and a follow up call from the same lady an hour later who again took the time to run through the features of the bed and the dimensions - she even took the time and effort to run through the existing furniture dimensions we had and helped to fit in the beds that she had sent over via email.
This level of customer service is what stands UniqueChic out from all the rest - having purchased furniture from a well known high street store previously and experienced their pathetic excuse for customer service I am very happy to say that I will most definitely be returning to UniqueChic for my future furniture requirements :)
My husband and I settled on a bed - a beautiful solid wood bunk bed with storage shelves and luminous strips on the ladders. The lady went off to check when it would be delivered and called me back again to advise that I could have it within 3 days!! She took my card details and advised that no payment would be taken until the bed had been thoroughly quality checked at their and dispatched. True to her word the bed was delivered 2 days later with the payment being taken on the day it arrived with us. I received a call from the delivery driver a half hour before delivery to advise of the time he would be with us.

Very friendly, polite and courteous delivery men - placed shoes protectors over their shoes before entering my property, put the bed in the room I wanted it in and let me check that the box was in tact and there was no visible damage to it prior to having me sign for receipt.

From start to finish - a very professional service. Could not ask for anything more. Not quite sure where some of the other reviews have come from as it really doesn't sound like the same company!!

My children adore their new bed - THANK YOU UNIQUECHIC!! YOU ROCK!!

oh, and I'll be back real soon - I have my eye on a mirror, chandelier and sideboard ;)
