I don't normally do these reviews but the service is so bad and it is not a good experience spending money with this company.
I was talking to a member of staff about a problem and line went dead - I called back to find out rrom a colleague she had already worked beyond her shift and had gone home. I was then asked to explain it all again. I was then told I would get a call back in 48 hours - its now 72 and still no call back. I am still awaiting a credit from Laura Ashley and was promised a call back on Monday - no call received and they still owe me money. Damaged Sofa bed delivered and just spent 22 minutes on phone with operator trying to get someone to call me who has responded saying that I will get a call back in 48 hours. Disgraceful customer service. Laura Ashley I will be cancelling my outstanding orders and will not be shopping with you ever again!

I’ve been waiting 6 months for my furniture. They won’t respond to any communication.
