I would say that my online experience with IKEA wasn't terrible. Ordering was easy, unfortunately I don't think I will ever get my ordered delivered. When I placed my order my ETA approximately stated March 2, 2016. I placed my order on February 22, 2016 and IKEA stated it was shipped to the delivery company on February 27,2016 When I called IKEA the first time, I was transferred to a hold pattern that was never answered after an hour and twenty minutes of holding. I called back the next day after I found the right number and was given by the IKEA representative the trucking company's phone number.

NOW here is the fun part - the trucking company hasn't received my order from IKEA! When I call IKEA back for the THIRD time, I want to cancel my order - guess what? I CAN'T. I have to receive it and then ship it back to them to get my refund. So great, I have a brand new office with no furniture thanks to IKEA!

Do not purchase furniture online and ask for delivery from IKEA unless you never want to see it within a month. I will never order from them again.
