Bought a £6k kitchen from them with solid oak worktops. They came in-treated which we weren't advised. Within a year they looked 10 years old with black stains coming to the surface from within the wood, after complaining it took ikea about 2 months to basically tell us the guarantee does not cover this and to get knotted. Shocking customer service and a joke of a company. Do not shop here.
