Company from hell!!

Worst experience from hell! They messed us around so much we landed up after 2.5 months cancelling our entire order, they didn't show up for deliveries twice! I spent all my days off waiting, they then made me wait 2 more weeks for my delivery, the day before my delivery which had delayed me moving into my house they thought it was okay to tell me two items would take 6 more weeks to come and then delivered damaged goods which they took back and left me with incomplete items and said another 6 weeks!!! That's all in all almost 1/3 of a year!! My local store branch manager which was the Luton store was absolutely rude and not helpful at all, no one helped me, they didn't compensate at all, I now have to after almost 3 months start a search for new furniture and move in way later than anticipated! Absolutely disgusting! There was no manger or anyone to make a complaint to, poor service, I have no words to put my rage into! They deserve to be taken further and they most definitely deserve 0 stars not one! Absolutely disgraceful, this is not acceptable, nothing will be done for all the inconvenience and stress that the company has caused me and my family, I would never ever even step foot in another store of bensons ever again. The company really does need to review itself! You have stores nationwide and your are this poor in everything!!! Atrocious!
