The buying of the bedroom furniture was good in hove. Staff were helpful. The problem began when we finally got the wardrobe and 2 chests. The wardrobe was broken and the fitters could not finish putting it together after 7 hours and didn’t have time to put together the chests.
They came back again a few weeks later to put the chests together but still couldn’t sort out wardrobe.
We’ve had a couple of appointments where no one turned up as planned and had taken time off work. 2 months later we are still waiting with a broken wardrobe.
Will never use Bensons’s again.
