The design of the kitchen went smoothly up to the point of installation when things started to move rather slowly. Installation was not completed until the agreed date because some parts were missing. The fitter was helpful during the installation. Unfortunately, since I had no contact from Avanti a couple of weeks after, I had to call the company myself and explain the issue with the unfinished job... nobody bothered to call and ask how the installation went and if it's all completed up to expectations. All in all, up to the point of completion the whole process from delivery till the end took little over three months which is disappointing. Also, the fact that nobody checks with the customer on the progress is to me unacceptable. Be aware that your guarantee starts from the point of delivery and not the point of completion.
