I ordered a load of different products from this firm. They didn't deliver to the time scale we agreed at the start. Of the product that did arrive in time some had faults. Waited weeks for someone to come and fix them only to have them cancel at the last minute because apparently they had double booked. Truly terrible customer services. If you are thinking of using this firm, you have been warned.

The products themselves except for the broken one are of a high quality.

We're really sorry for the problems you had with this order. I understand it can be very frustrating when a mistake like this is made with a home visit booking. We use our own skilled in house carpenters for problems like this (in this case I believe it was some door hinges which had been damaged on delivery) and although this can sometimes take a little longer it does help ensure the right solution is put in place. I understand the visit was rescheduled and that this specific problem is now resolved.
