This fridge was fixed 4 times for ice inside fridge. It was ordered over the internet and samsung would not accept the only documentation we received via email from Tescos where we ordered it. Being ordered on the internet we did not receive a paper invoice. Samsung must have been fixing an invisible fridge for the same problem. My friend also had same fridge with same problem they ended up with a replacement but after months of harrassing Samsung. Disaster and a well known fault with the model.
