The Salesperson 98Ryan, gave excellent clear information regarding the cooker.Nothing was too much trouble, most impressive, friendly and knowledgeable. I have always used Belling cookers and with Ryan's help am now a very satisfied owner of the new cooker.

After using my Belling Format for almost 30 years I have now purchased a Belling FSE60MF. This morning I wanted to use the grill but found the manual a bit confusing. There appear to be 2 dials for the grill although this isn't made clear in the manual. Is it right to turn on the dial (4th from left) to one of the grill positions then use the dial on the left of it with numbers 1-8 to adjust the intensity? The main oven dials are also not clear - again there are 2 dials, but only one indicated in the manual.

Thanks for answering this question.
