I would not recommend this company. Process is to long 1-2 to get to their account then they send. No customer service replysto email and phone only 9-5 mon- Fri. I have been waiting 6 days and money still not received so someone is earning good interest better to pay more and get the service

I was recently introduced to RationalFX by a 'random' phone call by one of the company's workers. Although it was initially unsolicited, he did come across very informative and was not trying to sell or push anything, it was simply an introduction into how they could possibly help and 'add value' as he repeated a couple times. As the company finance director I get calls all day every day from various different people many of which do tend to offer the same things! But I must say, it is either how they train the staff or just him as an individual, represented the company very well and I will certainly be comparing his offerings to what I have in place with the bank at the moment. It is rare I actually look into what people on the phones offer me, but I was genuinely impressed with his approach and I went on the web to have a look and he the company and this young man did deserve a positive review from my end. I just hope they do deliver on their word...

I wrote several times asking a urgent question, via RationalFX website, with NO REPLY AT ALL.

This is not how I intend a money sender service.

Customer support should be propmt in taking care and replying to urgent requests regarding money transfer!

It's not like asking silly questions about items for sale on eBay, it's money one has earned!

I have been using then to make many transactions. I think it is about 50 transactions I have made (mostly Germany and some to Austria and couple to Switzerland). Usually there is no problem with them, but I decided to use them to send money to Russia. Oh boy I was wrong, It's near 3 months and I still do not have the money back. Customer service is very bad. It has been about 10 times they have promised to get back to me within 24hr, but it never happens. I will give them a brake and use some other company for a while.

When there are some problems, they are very lazy to sort something out and it takes forever.

Having completed multiple USD to GBP exchanges with RationalFX in the the last 2 years (amounts ranging from $500 - $20,000), I highly reccommend using their services. The Payments Team has been really helpful and patient, and I have been given excellent market advice by the Dealing Desk which made a huge difference in the value of my exchanges.

I needed to pay for item bought on ebay because in egypt we cannot use the paypal so i tried to send the money to guys bank account by xsendpay. Nothing happened except thet took the money from the card and then i want to cancel the account told me my bank must contact to them to get the momney back and they had took 3 times the money it says i send on their site. about 1600 dollars. Please avoid them it will cheaper to take the money to the person yourself if you have to.

I recently moved to the US and still have some money in my German accounts. I did some reseach and xendpay seemed to be my thing. So I started a account and was hoping everything will work out. This was my first experience ever with money transfer outside my homebank. So I was a little nervous.

No, absolutly no reason to be. Once my account was set up, I was able to get the money to the US in less than 24hrs. And for no fee. That's exactly what I needed.

I registered for their service online and my account was active within an hour. The whole process was super easy and I could make my payment immediately. This was very useful as my friend in Florida needed some money as quick as possible. I did my payment at noon and it even reached his account the very same day. Very impressive. When I phoned them up to find out about the 'delivery time' they were really nice and helpful. I can highly recommend Xendpay when you have to make international payments and want to save some time and silly fees which the bank charge.

What a fantastic company... I am surprise they haven't got a shop in the high street which will be welcoming. Sending money abroad is really easy. As an expat living in the UK - sending money to USA is easy and effortless.

It's extremely welcoming to find a provider that don't charge you any fees on money transfers and still give you a great exchange rate (actually, the best exchange rate in US dollars we found by far).

As a partner in a small/medium business is also surprising how payments of £3,500 or $17,500 were threated with the same speed and accurate response.

Well done guys and I'll recommend to anyone strongly: real value for money!!!
