Today I concluded many years of using UKforex to exchange currencies. In that time I have transferred over quarter of a million pounds and have not had a problem. All I wanted to do yesterday was add a currency to my account. Twice I rang the customer service number and endured the dreadful noise someone thinks entertaining for 5 minutes before giving up. I emailed them and received a reply giving me a different number to use. Same abysmal service today. Rang twice for 5 minutes each time then contacted FC exchange who answered! I don't do business with companies that can't communicate.

Sincerest apologies Possumtops for the inconvenience and frustration caused. We are currently experiencing intermittent outages with our UKForex telephony system, the cause of which is being investigated furiously. I hope I can provide some recourse by offering a personal call from our support staff team so you are not subject to any further delays. If you would still like that currency added, feel free to email our customer service team and we will return a call immediately.
