I found the whole process with Travelex easy, although I have only made a transfer over the phone, my next one will be on-line. It was easier than I had expected it to be with a very helpful person at Travelex, who agreed the amount to be transferred, gave a rate and took the account details for the EURO funds to be transferred to. Immediately after giving the details I was contacted to be told that the account details I had given were incorrect, this was resolved quickly as I had given them an old account number. The funds arrived in my account the next banking day.
Overall I was very pleased with the service given, I hope the on-line process is as good and have no reason to doubt that it will be less.
