I am a self-employed Spanish worker and they asked me for a lot of papers as justifications. After wasting time looking for them, I send them to them and they do not answer me. Poor customer service.
It is preferable to work with other companies in the sector or directly with your bank, although you have to pay more commissions. At least they do not waste your time.
