Be warned if you've already got a currency card for more than just yourself, they're going to cancel the other ones in a poorly disguised attempt to get more money from you.

ICE have stated there maybe changes of regulations that mean they can't provide family cards.

Where's this regulation -i've searched, spoken to other financial institutions and no one has heard of it.

What is much more likely is that ICE have decided if they make you have two cards you're going to need to deposit more money for them to generate interest off of.

So, despite my emails asking them to clarify the situation - nothing, nada, total silence - guilt perhaps ?

What really really annoys me is that i've deposit over $7000 with them for my family to use, and now i'm stuck with the whole lot on one card.
