The card issuance was hassle free and usage in australia was also easy. However i was charged for even the first atm withdrawal in australia inspite of being told that that would not attract any charges. I raised the issue in this forum before as well but am yet to get any assurance of a refund for the same. Another issue was the card was recognised as a sign only card at most locations in australia inspite of being a chip and pin.

I liked the instant replies on watsapp. I hace a sugggestion though,I bought the card from bfo, though you claim to be providing services across 8000 locations, if the card Is not ordered from metro locations, you do not provide free atm withdrawals or any offers on website. I can suggest you to ask customer to upload attested copies and courier the card and send the pin through sms on the number customer had provided u.apart from this. . Overall experience was super cool!

Starting from buying it , checking online rates, doing NEFT to centrum bank account(I wish their were NO credit card charges/fees applicable) and getting the Forex card delivered was hassle FREE and easy. No issues at all while using it abroad. I was told their will a fee which will be charged every time i withdraw from VISA Atm which will be refunded back once i return back as per the billing cycle. So in all their are ZERO charges/fees which gets added to your account. But in my case some additional charges were added over and above what was communicated. And I have been told that it will be refunded back as well as per the billing cycle. I'll rate it 5 stars once the same is done. I will definitely use it again when going abroad next time
