Firstly I will start with the Pros of www.futuresoccer.co.uk Chelmsford it has nice 4G pitches, now the Cons... how it is run is below par at best. They make the Powerleague look exceptional. The refs are downright rude and act with a chip on their shoulder, obviously as they are refs. There is only one shining light down there and that is John, the rest you might not as well turn up. So Thank you John for the great games you reffed for us! The other three refs we have had especailly the older bald man it would help if you watched the game instead of day dreaming, the ball hitting your feet twice and not realising until a player goes into you, really? The rubbish refs are happy to act like the players and be cocky and abusive back to the players which in turn causes more animosity, the bald headed ref is level 3, quite comical. When confronted in the hut about the game his answer is "bye,bye,bye," this was the first thing he got right tonight as that is the last time we will be down there. The manager / owner just decided to let the ref act like a child like on the pitch and cower behind his computer, anyone with savvy would try and calm the situation and solve the issues not the futuresoccer manager. Future soccer probably wonders why for weeks they have pleaded for teams to play on facebook / twitter, its because everyone is sick ant tired of the below par reffing. I have seen 3-4 teams leave or league this season, giving a great impression of the quality. If you want more teams get refs to be like John and the place will be full, alternatively carry on with the arrogant useless "level 3" refs and you will have the same future soccer you have now.
