“Pretty Good; Surprisingly”

Its a hard knock life, as you already know if you are a celiac - and that's why you would be buying this kind of book. If you have this book, and Cooking for Isaiah by Silvana Nardone and also anything by the Babycakes bakery chicks, you are pretty much set. Also, its a good idea to look at vegan cookbooks to get ideas for what on earth to do without milk in your favorite recipes. I've read and shelved enough glorified cardboard cookbooks to know just exactly what I'm talking about. Good luck to you: Its truly all worth it to start feeling healthy again.
