I read Turbo charge your life in 14 days whilst I was coming to the end of Lose 7Lbs in 7days as it was recommended to do so. Both books were really inspiring and 2 months on, I have adapted all that I've read to my life. I lost 11 lbs the first week and since then have put up 2Lbs but am looking fit and toned and everybody remarks on how well and healthy I look. I never feel hungry and enjopy a great healthy diet and exercise 5 times a week. It really is a lifestyle change and anyone who feels the book was rubbish, seriously needs a reality check because if one is honest about what they're looking for and seriosly read the book, they could but not be inspired and motivated by Jason Vale. The only draw back is I would like more recipes and the website should have a few more updated and added on.

Even though I found it hard to find recipes that i found tasty and satisfying, it was process of elimination, but when i did i did find it easy to stick to if you are a strong willed person who is willing to be very strict with yourself.
In the first week of doing it i managed to lose 9lbs which i was very very pleased with.
I feel those who feel they haven't got what they want out of this diet need to be honest at what they have done. It is a diet or "lifestyle change" that needs you to put in alot to get alot back

i have used the turbo charge your life in 14 days by jason vale and i think its fab, it goes through everything you need to now, i especially found it helpfull as it really explains what you should and shouldnt eat, ive always been told what not to eat but the only reason people ever gave me was its bad for you and makes you fat, however this book gives you real reasons!
its really easy to follow and gets you into the perfect frame of mind and really doesnt make you feel like your on a diet.
i started the programme and as i am not overweight didnt cut out everything completely, so after a week of following it i ate some prawncrackers, i was up all night with a bad stomach and feeling sick, this made me reaslise what that kind of food can do to a clean system!
enjoy juicing....its amazing and so tasty :)

Json Vale's The Juice Master really makes good sense, inspired me to get started, takes no excuses and explains the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. I would recommend this book to anybody who wants to look and feel healthier and younger and live longer.

Really good intro to juicing and some brilliant recipies. Amazing how good some of these taste. No bad points I can think of, worth getting just for the recipies if you have a juicer.

Why did the reviewer think the book was rubbish? Why did they think it wasn't worth the money?
<br/>If you're going to slag something off at least give a reason.
