“very poor service”

I ordered a complete terrapin set up with next day delivery. It was delivered on a pallet, with only one person home to get a 4ft fish tank in the house. sent the wrong hinge so only have one door out of two on cupboard. I could live with that, only chance to move him into the new tank for awhile. got him all moved in and the light doesn't work. sent them an email, finally get a reply telling me to contact the people they brought it from. after a few days of sending emails here there and everywhere it turns out it is their problem, I was asked to send back the faulty light 2nd class by this time its the weekend so wont be returned till wed. no word from rocket aquatics till the wed. they waited to get the faulty light back before the would even send a replacement or an email. not even one apology. £18 for next day delivery that turned out to be 9 days late. would never ever order from them again.
