I used Sarabec on behalf of my mother, who is profoundly deaf. I ordered a personal hearing loop for use whilst in hospital...it arrived as promised the next day and worked perfectly in the hospital environment. Unfortunately the amplifier somehow got broken (I have no idea whether it was misuse or just a fault)...in any event I returned it to Sarabec with an explanation and it was back in my possession, fully working within 3 days. No charge was levied for the repair. Great service. We also use a Sarabec room loop at home and this has enabled my Mum to enjoy TV again. Have no hesitation in recommending to those who may require help to hear.
