“Never received my order”

Placed my order on 3rd March. On the 14th April I contacted them by email and I was told they were waiting restock. 2 months later I still hadn't heard from them so I cancelled. Hopeless.

I recently brought a pressure relief mattress from dorset nursing. They were very helpful from the choosing to the deleivery of the item. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
