Ordered just a surround on 26th Sept was delivered 28th as promised. The quality is fantastic. I had a few questions before ordering and I used the chat icon. Questions were answered within seconds. Brilliant service.

Was a little tricky to put together. Just make sure instructions are fully read before your start. Would definitely recommend this company

Ordered a fire and surround, we had an e-mail very quickly thanking us for our order, and delivery was 7-10 days, it arrived in 5 days, a two man delivery and was taken into our lounge, they let me check the fire and also placed it where it was going, took all the packaging away as well, we are very impressed with the quality of the fireplace and the price was amazing as well, what more could we want, looking forward to the winter with a stunning fireplace, already been sitting with just the flames, looks nice a toasty, keep up the good work, I will certainly recommend your compny

The delivery was brilliant by TNT, but I was told he would call me and I would guide him Into my site as it is one way, he said they are not issued with phones.

The Malmo Suite with Elan Fire, looks nice when erected BUT. The person who put it together found the pre drilled holes did not line up, so he had to sort that out.

The Elan Brass fire, had stickers on the front, so peel them off to reveal Brass coloured front, !!!! Not Proper Brass, just brass stickers to make it look like a Brass front . Even the Metal parts on it, do not appear to be real Brass.

I couldn't buy one of the more expensive ones. This looks nice for now, but the surround is only MDF. I would have prefered it, if in the description it had stated that various parts were not actual brass. It is too much when it is unpacked to send it all back.

Compared with the one I have taken out which was a proper wooden surround and the fire had proper brass pieces,it is nowhere near as good quality. I needed a lighter coloured one, and it looks alright, but the quality is not brilliant. I will add that compared with ones in local DIY store it is okay, and the cheaper end of the market.

Very good service. Kept us up to date with regular texts so we knew exactly the date and time they were delivering. Fireplace looks beautiful, really pleased with it, and good price too. Would definitely use them again, and also recommend to others.

I placed an order with them based on good reviews and a product I wanted. After placing the order easily in January I have had nothing but updates of delays.

My first update was delivery for the 24th of Feb...this did not happen.

My second update came the day before on the 23rd Feb to inform me of a new 12th of April delivery....this did not happen.

My third update came again the day before on the 11th to inform me of a temporary issue and I would expect dispatch the day after the 12th April...this did not happen.

Finally on the 15th I get another generic email informing me the product might now turn up sometime in June?

This is not how I would conduct business myself yet alone continually set the customer up with expectations set to fail. On the first few occasions I had even taken time from work only to be informed 24 hours before for a non delivery when clearly they never had the product in stock.

This whole experience has left me very disappointed and frustrated, my wife picked the product and I have been very patient but when I placed a final call to ask what is happening I was just given a brief apology, a refund and the complaints email address.

To which there was no response

New fire place delievered and looks and works amazingly. Delievered fast and on time and in brilliant condition. Happy with my purchase would recommend this company as great prices.

Please avoid this company, they are downright rude and the CEO hides in the background and robs you, their products are sub standard, and when you complain it's like talking to the wall, please don't put yourself through what we went through, avoid them like the plague.

Having initially been very pleased with my fire, I now find that one of the fire glow bulbs has fused and I'm told that I need an electrician to replace it. Sound easy enough if you can find one to do such seems like a small job!!!!!!!!

Ordered fire but came damaged. Box had clearly been opened and fire repackaged.arranged order of another but this was worse so had to go back. Will not order from you again as seem to deal in seconds. Very disappointing. Had to take time off work for these collections/ deliveries

Don't buy from these guys. Had to have our initial electric fireplace replaced as it made an awful noise and the flame effect did not work. 14 months down the line and the replacement had started making a plastic burning smell and now has stopped working. Have been advised they will not repair or replace it (after initially failing to get back to me at all!). Poor quality product and poor customer service.
