They sent the wrong pebbles for the fire I purchased I was asked to send photos which I did they then asked me to have the fire taken apart to photograph the inside which I did now they are ignoring my emails do not buy from this company

One of worst companies iv ever had to deal with. They shout at you down the phone and do their upmost to get out of giving you a refund. The delivery driver didn't even knock at the door and drove off. The other delivery didn't even turn up on the right day. They recommended the wrong log burner that turned out to be unfit for purpose and the flu system did not have the correct components. I would definitely not recommend using this company.

After a few calls and initially ordering the wrong item (my mistake) the customer service team at Direct Fireplaces were great at spotting this and calling me before going any further with the order and getting it all sorted. From there my fireplace arrived quickly and delivery was sorted and explained to me by the team. Limestone Fireplace looks superb now its been fitted and i would certainly recommend them and use again.

Having the need to buy an inset electric fire and researched the internet to choose the make and model required, Direct Fireplaces came up with the perfect choice and with best price. Ordered late evening arrived the very next day in perfect condition. Fantastic sevice

The first Celsi wall hanging fire I received didn't work,I rang direct fireplaces ,and it was no bother to them,the fire was replaced in a couple of days,I'm happy now with my beulifull fire ,Good service nice people and I would recommend them.ll

I was unsure about ordering a fireplace online without seeing it but it has all been great. It was easy to order, arrived well packed and was installed today. It looks great! I'm really happy with the whole service and product.

We ordered the product on line and it could not have been easier. The price was excellent and tby far the cheapest we had found. The product arrived as described and we are very pleased with it.. Delivery was fast and the text before hand made us able to ensure that somebody was in to receive it. We've actually Just ordered another one!

I called in the showroom and got good advice. When I decided on the fire I wanted, it was in stock and ready for delivery within 3 days. I needed to change the delivery day, which was done with ease and efficiency. The fire arrived within the 1 hour allocated timeslot. Fantastic service all round.

Excellent service, only thing that concerned me that only one driver delivered so my partner had to help to unload the log burner

Just purchased a Stovax view woodburner.Correspondance with company excellant and delivery speedy. Only issue was on delivery day no warning of delivery time, even though we asked for a phone call hour before. Luckily it was my lunch break so i was home!!One man delivery struggled to get pallet on driveway, Otherwise excellant service!

Honestly I would recommend these guys. Very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Delivery as promised, all well packaged. Delighted with the stove itself. No hassles whatsoever.

The Brompton Marble surround was fantastic value. The delivery we chose was slightly problematic as we needed arrival by following Monday but 2 man delivery could only happen on Tues-Fri. So we had to risk ordinary delivery, which was hard work but ok. It looks terrific. The only issue is the recommendation to check the goods thoroughly on receipt. This is tricky when it's so thoroughly wrapped up and boxed and padded, and your delivery man arrives at 5pm on Friday with another one still to do. And you don't have a crowbar!
