This section was useful to my dad who is looking to rent my nanas house whilst she is in a home. By reading the article it has also brought to mind that most insurance is only valid whilst you are at the property for 30 day blacks. We still pay the insurance but nana has beenin a home for nearly a year. This is something we will now look into.
