I have used Winweb Online Office for over 4 years in my plumbing business. Over the years the cost has remained the same but the functionality and easy of use have increased dramatically.
I would have no reservations recommending this to any small to medium sized business anywhere in the territories Winweb operate. As it's web based you can log on anywhere where there's a computer connected to the Internet. When I go to South Africa on holiday (my home country) I often sit by the pool doing my accounts and other admin stuff I don't get time to do when plumbing.

My accountant logs into my accounts using his own login, which I have restricted to the accounting features, and prepares my company return each year. It saves him time and me money! I also use the massive 10G Data Store that comes with the standard edition to keep my important documents - Before I used Winweb, when I had to rebuild my PC for whatever reason, I often lost valuable data. Not anymore :) Another great feature is the free 24/7 support and trust me I have used it at most times of the day and I have always have a very prompt response.
For years before finding Winweb I used well know accounting packages. Winweb is by far the best, and it does so much more than just accounting. This was very important to me, as I was tired of using 3 or 4 software packages to produce and print invoices. I can do all of this using Winweb and can also email the invoice and have an option for customers to pay online. Great for cash flow.

I can't stress enough to my friends and other small business owners how great this product is. If you are a start-up as I was 7 years ago, save yourself the pain of trying other software. From my experience you will not be disappointed - I think you will be very pleased actually, just as I am.
