WHAT A SCRAP HEAP !! BOUGHT THIS CAR IN LATE 07, IT WAS 5 YEARS OLD & COST AROUND £4000 ON HIRE PURCHASE (WHICH IS WHY I WAS STUCK WITH IT SO LONG) IT WAS BOUGHT FOR THE SIZE I HAD A 3 DOOR FIESTA & WAS EXPECTING A BABY. THE CAR BROKE DOWN AFTER HAVING IT 1 WEEK, IN THE MIDDLE OF A BUSY TOWN WHEN I WAS DUE TO GIVE BIRTH, SOMETHING TO DO WITH THE DRIVE. THAT WAS ONLY THE BEGINNING OF IT AFTER THAT IT WAS PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM.
TOOK NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO MOT, EACH TIME WE FIXED THE FAULT IT FAILED FOR SOMETHING ELSE. COST AN ABSOLUTE FORTUNE. IT WAS THEN TRADED IN AFTER AROUND 18 LONG HELLISH MONTHS & WE GOT LITTLE OVER £1000! HEAP OF RUBBISH... I HATED IT & WOULD NEVER GET A RENAULT AGAIN !
STAY AWAY FROM RENAULT, PEUGEOT & CITROEN...I'VE HAD BAD EXPERIENCES!!

The Renault Scenic 1.9 DCI is a wonderful car. I got it 2 years ago and still have it. The performance is alright apart from how much petrol or in this case diesel it uses at one time. The good space in the car gives more room to put all things in. The bad points about this car is that the brake pedal and the clutch pedal are so close together. Overall it is a very good car!
