Maruti Suzuki Automobiles- a shame on Indian manufacturing

More than our personal pain this is our social responsibility to let know not only India's attempt to manufacture Made in India automatic car has failed with poor quality of maruti cars made in India. This also gives sufficient that MARUTI HAS FAILED TO MANUFACTURE GOOD AUTOMATIC CARS.

I purchased my New Maruti Celerio VXI from Competent Automobiles at Gurgaon on 5th may 2016;
I was told that Celerio gives running average of 20 plus in city though maruti claims this on brochures as above 23.5 kms/per litre of petrol;
But I am shocked that in 31 litres of petrol which I have filled in my celerio it has been able to run less than 290 kms, which gives average of around 8-9 kms per litre; which comes to shameful 8 kms per litre.

The Maruti electronic panel meters are also wrong meters as they do not function correctly and properly.

SO I AM NOT HAPPY AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND MARUTI CELERIO TO ANYONE.

5 Biggest Negatives of Celerio

- Poor Average of the car (to no one in our forum does this gives average of above 12) and for me it gives average of 8 kms per litre

- POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTENTION TO CUSTOMER CONCERNS;
VERY WRONG AND IN-ETHICAL approach by maruti to sell cars WITH WRONG PROMISES AND WRONGS STATISTICS ABOUT CAR PERFORMANCE..SO DO NOT GET FOOLED BY MARUTI SALES PERSON.

- Poor INTERIORS AND FRAGILE BODY OF CELERIO AND Poor quality and defective electronic meters in celerio;

- POOR PICK UP and gives you jerks while picking up.

LIKE OTHER CUSTOMERS, I was called by Maruti to get my vehicle checked in heat of May 2016 where I was asked to stand and wait outside workshop where Maruti tested the celerio; the maruti checked my engine and told me all is OK; but meanwhile I got chance to connect with other customers who told me that even their celerio is giving fuel average of below 10, a(some even said 7 kms/per litre);

LIKE ME, ALL OTHER CUSTOMERS WHO RESPONSED TO MY BLOG WERE HARASSED BY MARUTI, as MARUTI CONTINUED TO BURN FUEL PAID BY CUSTOMERS TO CHECK ENGINES AND DO MULTIPLE TEST DRIVES AND ULTIMATELY NOT HELPING ANY CUSTOMERS.

Since I am Maruti user for last 9 years. I found this difficult to believe that Maruti Suzuki can manufacture such useless vehicles and fought a lot and approached Senior managers in maruti including Regional manager with maruti Udyog limited; and other senior managers of Maruti Udyog Limited… and made it a resolution to publish my story as blog and review on various national websites;

I heard this poor junk of celerio is also sold internationally and maruti Suzuki continue to fool people.

So we as a forum of users have insured to mention on various websites;
MARUTI HAS RECENTLY DEGRADED ITS QUALITY AND CELERIO IS A TOTAL JUNK;
When I wrote this blog on Internet, I was approached by hundreds of celerio customers who confirmed that even their average is extremely poor and they are also facing same issues from maruti. And these are only few who agreed to give their names and registration no in Blogs which I am printing.

We all with same concerns have decided that since maruti has cheated us;
To all of us maruti called us individually and wasted out fuel and Time and harassed us and till date did not resolved our problem as for all of us it is giving an extremely poor average and very poor performance and multiple issues..

This is not a one off incident but we Know that ALL maruti celerio ARE POOR PERFORMING and MARUTI SUZUKI is making blunders in testing and quality of its manufacturing..
I appeal to reader that LIKE US PLEASE MAKE RESOLUTION OF NOT BUYING MARUTI CARS AND GET CHEATED AT HANDS OF MARUTI SUZUKI…

BEING AN INDIAN, I ALSO REQUEST A FOREIGN NATIONAL NOT TO TRUST MARUTI SUZUKI AND MAKE A MISTAKE (OUR INDIAN IS BETTER AND MORE TRUSTWORTHY THAN THE ORGANISATION MARUTI SUZUKI)
