Until I discovered Perfect glasses I was spending anything up to £400 on glasses. This meant that I did not change them very often. They looked dated, scratched, and as my vision changed, not good for my eyes. I now can can afford, new glasses when ever I like, they look trendy and smart all the time, and best of all, I can keep my prescription up today, so I can always see well. Perfect glasses website is so easy to use, that ordering could not be more straight forward. They combine excellent price, with a vast variety of frames, exceptionally keen prices and superb deliver times. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

I've bought from several on-line opticians and Perfect Glasses beats them all. They operate from the UK, speak good English, and are courteous and helpful. Their offers are unbelievably good value. How about £30 instead of £150 from the high-street opticians who still test my eyes. A perfect combination. Take your prescription away and enter it into the Perfect Glasses website, remembering to be careful with the + and - figures. Even with complex prescriptions, like mine with a prism content, the extra cost has never been more than £10. They will ring you to warn of any small extra like this before proceeding. I have recommended them to several of my friends.

I have bought around 8 pairs of glasses from Perfect Glasses over the last few years and have never been disappointed, in fact I wouldn't have ordered more than one pair if I wasn't very happy with all aspects of the service. I placed an order before I got my prescription. This appeared to cause confusion throughout the order process. I was sent several e-mails asking for the prescription. Even when I told them that I would not have a prescription for several days I kept getting e-mails asking for my prescription. I then got e-mails saying my glasses were in the lab. Not very encouraging when I had not sent a prescription. When I attempted to "track my order" the information was two days behind what I was being told. When I eventually got my glasses they were good and good value. I would not recommend placing an order until after you have a prescription and I would not trust their "track my order"

I have purchased several pairs of glasses & sunglasses from here and always been happy. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Very good value for money and the service might take slightly longer than other more well known shops but I have always been more than happy. I like the fact I can order my glasses when I am out and about as they store my prescription on file. Thanks

I have used Perfect Glasses a few times recently. Although it might take around two weeks to receive your order, they are generally very good. The product quality is great and their prices are very competitive.

Glasses arrived within about 3 days and I was kept up to date on the progress of the order throughout. The glasses themselves were good enough quality. Would recommend!

Happy with the service, never any issues I do feel that the cheaper glasses are not the beat quality and that is normally why I order multiple as they do break more frequently than a standard pair This was the first time I had received a follow up call from my order which I was pleased about although 9pm a night is perhaps not the right time to be calling people Overall happy with products, would recommend and will purchase from again

I found the web site confusing at first, but better than those of competitors. however once I had made my choice of frames the whole process was great! I have a complicated prescription, and made a mistake on my form. The optician spotted this and phoned me to check and rectified my error, and the glasses were made up and sent to me promptly. They fit well and I am happy with them. I think one part of the frame might have a small problem, but I have talked with Perfect Glasses about this, and if it gets worse I can send it back at a later date. You can't say fairer than this! Thank You.
