They Take Your Deposit Then You Never Hear From Them Again.
I booked a limosine for my daughter's prom and paid a deposit of £70.00.
I did receive a confirmation email initially which I believe constitutes a contract but have been unable to make contact since.
Update: I did eventually get my refund paid back a few months later in April
She's still doing it... I'm currently trying to get my deposit back!
My review has currently been taken down from the website as they say a representative of Aloe Angels has complained but I am more than happy to tell you everything I know about this woman and what she has done and what other parents have told me and what I did! Let me know if you are still interested, fortunately as time passes, parents calm down and normal life resumes but I think that as it's still happening after a year of complaints on this site, every parent who has reviewed her on here needs to come together and continue to fight to have her closed down!

This is exactly what happened to me. Her dad promised she would stop doing this to people but it looks like its still happening. Aloe Angels took my money £223 in Dec 2103 and I have yet to see a penny despite the small claims court. Aloe Angels was dissolved in May so I dont understand how this is still happening. Do you have her mobile number please as I am still chasing the debt. Her original number was disconnected.

Dont Give This Woman Any Money!
I booked with pamperparties 2 weeks ago and was in touch with her daily awaiting a reply for my email confirming all the details. Her first excuse of many was that she hadn't replied as emails not working and be back on tomorrow. Eventually I received a brief confirmation through hotmail account which wasn't particularly professional. She asked for deposit and says invites in the post. I paid £150 and then hounded her daily as to where are my invites. She says didn't have my address on her, in the post, problem with post office, in the post... 2 days I rang her and mobile not available ie cut off and the website was suspended. So I emailed the hotmail and said forget it I want a refund. She eventually replied she was in hospital, no mention of invites, saying that she had done nothing wrong.Very unprofessional lady. I then spent the afternoon hunting for someone else to do party who shed light on the matter further and suggested I post on here. I am relieved that I have discovered this sooner as I would have been horrified if the party didnt happen as planned. I really feel for some of the other people on here who have had even worse experiences than me.

I should add, she has spoken to TS and the police because she has been reported by unsatisfied customers and has had no choice but to speak to them!
Ugly emails are par for the course from this woman who has been taken to court more than once and owes hundreds of pounds to people. She has at least one CCJ.
I can't advise potential customers strongly enough to stay away.

Devastated 4 Yr Old!
Hi everyone,
I just wanted to warn all mums against the company, Aloe Angels. I booked them to do my daughter's 4th party yesterday and paid a deposit. We asked for Jasmine and Snow White and my 2 yr old dressed as one and my big girl as the other, excitedly putting on their tiaras and jewels in anticipation for the,"real princesses" to arrive. My big girl had helped to choose them off the internet and was excited as were all my friends and family for her, not to mention all the other little princesses and heroes. They first rang to say one of their girls was ill and they had had to pick up another and so would be late but there was no apology as you would expect.I felt sure they would still come, never in a million years did I expect them not to, even though all the other mums had given up hope!
They failed to arrive without a phone call, explanation or apology and ignored my phone calls! My daughter was heartbroken. We had no games or prizes prepared and had to rush out and buy party bags as they were supposed to provide it all.
We had no decorations either as again they promise to bring all this. My daughter stood waiting for her heroine Princess Jasmine to arrive and it broke my heart when I had to tell her she wasn't coming.
The woman who owns it, says on the website she has her own children. Well anyone who can let little ones down like that without any explanation or apology baffles me as we all know how important our child's birthdays are and how special we want to make them however big or small.
I trusted this woman and what they did was just totally unprofessional and appalling. I really hope people read this, spread the word and do not book them. They have done it before as I can see on here.
Their response has baffled me,I wouldn't have been as annoyed if someone had had the maturity and decency to just accept responsibility and make a heartfelt, humble apology but I heard firstly from someone who claimed to be unaware their girls hadn't turned up. The day after from someone telling me to, "grow up," in one email and telling me their manager is away for four days. I'm unsure who I've been corresponding with at any time as I was given two different quotes to cover travel costs (the second more expensive than the first)I was also told their was a, "genuine circumstance,"which they could provide evidence before. I am still none the wiser of what the reason was, nor have I received an apology. When I reported it to the local newspaper for that area, they said it was not the first time someone had called about them.

This has just recently happened to me! I wish i'd have read the reviews on here before parting with any money and putting my faith in this woman. My daughters 5th birthday in October, never showed up, didnt receive phone call either. Had an email saying im in hospital but someone else will coming. Still no show, then another email saying oh they've had a blow out. No apology. Can't get hold of her on the phone either

Be Warned, Never Book This Company Calling Themsel
Be warned, never book this company calling themselves Aloe Angels or Pamper Parties Cheshire for a pamper party for your daughter. They are based in Warrington. I booked for my daughter's 11th birthday party on 23rd November and stupidly paid them in full beforehand. They never turned up! My daughter was devastated. Despite phone calls, emails and texts they have still not given me a refund. They haven't even got the guts to answer the phone to me. If you don't want your daughter's birthday to be ruined and your money taken, look elsewhere.
Update: The money has since been refunded to me.

I booked a party for my daughters 10th with pamperpartiescheshire the uk site (formerly Aloe Angels) last December, stupidly paid in full and 24hrs before the event on 10th January got an email informing me it was cancelled - with a promise to refund in full immediately. 9 months on, despite Small Claims Court involvement, several emails and phone calls, I have yet to receive anything.
But, the day was saved very last minute by the wonderful girls of pamperpartiescheshire the .com site - my daughter had a fabulous day - forever grateful.
It's shocking that she is still up to no good. God only knows how many children's birthdays she has ruined in the meantime. You wonder how some people can live with themselves don't you!
I have recently September 2015 paid for a party, I have contacted Citizens Advice regarding this. I am only glad that my daughters party is not until next year and I have time to re-arrange.
DO NOT use this company unless you want to waste your money.
They should not be using your name then as thats copyright and not legal.
You should do somthing about it as it could ruin your reputation x

Shocking Company!!!!! Ruined My Daughters Birthday!!!
Aloe Devils took our money & never turned up to my daughters 8th Birthday. They ruined her party (well there wasn't one) & she was in tears in front of all her friends from school. Not only that but they never even called to say they would not be turning up so we could organise something else, got a load of BS when we rang about being stuck on the motorway but I checked & there were no delays. They never showed! Now after 3 weeks of being promised our money back we have still not received our refund. The staff are rude & unhelpful & when we said we would take them to the small claims court they said you have not followed the correct process to do so!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Speechless!!!
If you want your child to remember their birthday for all the right reasons then stay well clear of them. The company should be shut down, it’s a disgrace how they do business in an area such as kids entertainment on occasions as important as birthdays.
My daughter will remember that for quite some time, how terrible for a small child.
Very strange, Ive never known who I am actually emailing as one min, it seems to be the manager, then the next day Im told she has gone away for four days. Various names are given and miscommunication over travel costs and being unaware her girls hadnt come!

Please report this to www.actionfraud.polic.uk. I have experienced exactly the same for my 3 year old's party today. It is relatively straight forward to complete the fraud report on line. The more fraud reports that are submitted, the more likely they are to take action.
Oh and of course Pamper Parties Cheshire. You have to question why so many names don't you really?

I am currently in dispute with them over a very simple deposit refund. Like others on here once we paid the deposit we struggled terribly trying to receive party invites. They said they sent them and they have postal records to prove. These I am still waiting to see. We eventually ran out of time and patience and cancelled the parties as all trust had gone. They have stated that as they had already spent money on arranging the party they cannot return our money and this is in line with their terms and conditions. On raising this issue about the company closure they claim the Gazette was issued as they are assigning a new director! They also said they have recently sold 2 franchises, strange for a company that has applied to be struck off. Again as mentioned by others I also have found them to be very arrogant and un helpful. Please use caution if you are thinking of using this company!!!

Yes I had the same problem with my invites. She told me they had been sent and I had to chase her up about it. Eventually they did get sent! I almost wish they hadnt been actually so I could have cancelled and spared my daughter the disappointment. I also contacted the Warrington Guardian, I spoke to their crime reporter who said it wasn't the first time he had heard of them and would be investigating it. I also emailed a Nantwich paper who have said they will cover it. I suppose the most effective way to close her down would be for her internet site to be closed down as that is how we all find things. Im baffled as to why she bothered sending the invites if she wasnt intending to come. But also I got a call on the Fri to confirm my party for the Sat and I had to tell her it was for Sun! So that got me wondering if they could'nt make Sun!
I have had a refund but there are still 8 people who we know of who have not had a penny! It is horrible for them and so stressful as it must be for you too. Were you not aware of what was happening and the complaints coming through about parties where no one turned up?

I briefly worked for this company in November, it is run by one woman only. She hires people and then does not pay them despite promising to pay weekly and cover expenses. She owes me a fair amount of wages and regularly comes up with different excuses as to why she hasn't paid, and has now even taken to ignoring me!! She is a very bad business woman and uses the people who work for her. She often got me to drive her around and sent me on errands, yet never covered fuel money as promised. I am willing to share my story for the newspaper article, so please contact me for further information. As you can imagine I am not happy at all about what has happened and I am still in the process of chasing my wages.

Karaoke? Have they bought a proper stereo then? At my daughter's party they wanted to use a cheap and nasty CD player- we ended up providing our own sound system and music so that the lifeless "hosts" could organise musical bumps...

Have you contacted www.actionfraud.police.uk? It is easy to submit a fraud report online. The more of us that do this, the more likely they will take action.

Dreadful Party Experience
We booked this company for our daughter's 6th birthday. We went for their Design your Own package- choosing the Gold option which should have bought us nail art, hair flowers, a chocolate fountain and a red carpet, amongst other things. On the day of the party the girls arrived late and were still setting up when guests arrived. They barely spoke to us and seemed throughout to have no idea of timings or how to manage a party. The nail art didn't happen- the girls said they had been told not to do it if they didn't have time. They clearly decided they didn't. The hair flowers consisted of one plastic flower gripped into each child's hair and looked naff. The guests were rushed through their food leaving a huge amount of waste and spent an inordinate amount of time queuing for things. I had paid extra for party bags and had a long list of what would be in them presented to me. I was told that the bags would be pink organza. They were pink plastic and contained around two items each, some of which were broken. I had to add to them during the party as I was embarrassed to hand them out. The red carpet and the chocolate fountain didn't happen.
I am currently pursuing legal action to get a refund and have been appalled at the attitude of the owner of this company. She has acknowledged, in writing, that the party wasn't up to standard but hasn't made any reasonable offer for a refund. I should add that this party cost £350. A refund of £80 was offered which simply doesn't come close to representing the amount of party that was missing. A dreadful experience made worse because it was a child's 6th birthday. Long awaited and much anticipated. We are not alone in our disappointment. I have since found several other 'victims' of this company.

Hi have not paid anymore money, as soon as she asked me for more money alarm bells starting ringing, its one thing paying a deposit, but I have never been asked for anymore than that until after the party. She tried to say I had ordered the choc fountain and goblets, which we hadn't discussed. After she asked for more money I googled and this is where I have seen all the bad reviews. I have booked another company as I am not willing to take the risk that she wont turn up. However I just dont know how to play it now, part of me wants to just see if she will turn up, but it will be just my luck she will. Then I will be in breach as I didnt cancel. My husband thinks I should just cancel and lose the deposit, as technically she hasnt done anything wrong yet. Well, other than take nearly 3 weeks to send invites. Not sure what to do its the principal of letting her get away with £60. Any advise would be grateful.
Don't pay any more money as you are unlikely to see any sort of party or a refund. Despite a court order, I still haven't seen a penny of what she owes me and nor have many others. The story with this woman is very complex- we will tell you more privately but please hold onto your money.
