“Worst experience”

Hello All, My husband gifted me a makeover photo shoot on my birthday from Treat Me who then booked me an appointment to Memorable Portraits studio in London. Till date, I have not received my complimentary photo frame to which I am entitled to. The photo shoot I got is of £15 but because of my personal situation , as I could not collect the photo frame on time, they are charging me more than half the amount to send it to my place. Also, would like to warn you in case if you had any emergency situation like I had a knee dislocation a day before my photoshoot, instead of being confirmed by Treat me of not losing the refund and rescheduling the appointment, I was not refunded the deposit by Memorable Potraits at all so a photoshoot which attracts you in a deal for 15 pounds actually cost me 15 + 30 (deposit not refunded) and in order to get the photo frame , anther 8 pounds which I have given up. Along with the hidden costs (not mentioned when you buy it), the complimentary photo is something you can only select from the first 5 photos arranged by the studio during the review session which is a bizarre as the first five out of three outfits that you shoot of during the session, only you can get the photo in the first outfit which they will not tell you at all. Don’t go for it.

Making an enquiry was effortless and the customer service woman I spoke with was very helpful. Her knowledge on the experience, as well as similar experiences nearby, was fantastic. So much that I booked an additional experience from what I originally called about. She was friendly and professional throughout.

“Rude,abrupt and refused to put me through to her manager”

Believe me the review on this and other web sites are false i.e. these are put on by their staff/managers. This company is an absolute disgrace to customer service. I simply rang up to book and experience and my call lasted no more than 30 seconds. The women/girl who answered my call was rude, abrupt and damn write objectionable. She ask me for voucher reference, I gave her apparently my pin, she got angry, then she asked for my post code, but she asked the question so fast and unclear, I’m asked her to repeat her question. She sighed and asked again. I then asked her for her manager as I wasn't going to put up with her anymore. She put the phone down. As she represents the company not only should she be sacked the company in my eyes should be allowed to go bust (which they will soon at this rate). DON'T use them. Many other companies in the same field. Read this soon cause it will get deleted so you only see how supposedly 'good' this company are.

“Amazing Afternoon Tea at Rudding Park ”

My daughter and her partner kindly treated my husband and I to a luxury afternoon tea experience at Rudding Park courtesy of Red Letter Days. As soon as we received the vouchers and information we were so excited. We decided to book the event in June when we were hoping the weather would be nice so we could also walk around the grounds at Rudding, we were not disappointed!! It was such a wonderful experience. We had a long wander round the beautiful gardens and grounds at Rudding Park which were beautiful with rhodadendrums in all colours in array ... then we had our afternoon tea experience in the Clocktower Restaurant, a beautiful and very elegant place where you could sit either inside or outside! We were greeted very warmly and welcoming by the staff and could choose where we would like to sit and there was plenty of choice. We sat by a window with a beautiful view outside and were served a glass of champagne each. We were very soon after served with ham, salmon and brie cheese with bacon sandwiches with rocket salad; fresh warm scones with butter, jam and clotted cream and plenty of it; then an amazing display of the most beautiful home-made cakes we had ever seen which included a sorbet cone each with tasty berries on top (ideal on a summers day)! We also had a huge pot of tea and asked for a refill which was no problem. The staff were all so friendly, warm and welcoming and very professional at their job. They looked so smart in their uniforms and were all very well presented. It was such a wonderful experience to remember - we took lots of photos as a memoirs of our lovely time there - and will definitely come again and will also recommend this company to our family, friends and work colleagues. We both really enjoyed our afternoon tea!! Thank you :-)

He very quickly worked out that I needed help to get something organised quickly and with the minimum fuss. He was quick thinking and eloquent, understood my budget and who I was buying for very easily and made a process which was rapidly turning into a chore much more pleasurable. I was wanting to book a driving experience for my son's 21st. Having tried to book with 1 website, I was disappointed by their response. I looked for another site and found treatme.net. I phoned to enquire and spoke to a wonderful gentleman. Within a matter of minutes I had managed to book a day that suited at a great price. I would definitely use them again.

From the moment my call was answered by a man who gave a brilliant service. I told him what i was looking for even though i had tried other places for my lomdon tour. He got on the phone to his suppliers and actioned my every need. He had brilliant phone manners and went above and beyond to make sure i got the booking i wanted and set it all up in matter of minutes. Talk about service. Prearranged driving experience of Subura STi & Mitsubishi Evo X at Tockwith, N Yorks excellent. They were very very helpful. Explained everything in detail. Then helped to organise, nearer to the date, a special day for my 83 year old father to have a go in the Evo! We both really enjoyed our day and couldn't have asked for more. I would recommend this company to anyone wishing to have a good day out. This company is the best! Thank you from me & Dad for a very enjoyable experience and one we will be pleased to repeat very shortly.

“Treat me, silverstone flying experience and a spa day”

I called to enquire about and ask a few questions about the flying experience days you offer, what they involve, timings, wether you get to control the plane yourself etc this was merely a phone call to ask a few questions and see what was best but the advisor was so über helpful & enthusiastic that I ended up buying the Silverstone flying experience day as well as a spa day over the phone!! Usually when yo call help lines for this kinda thing, not only are you left waiting an age to speak to someone but 9 times out of 10 they prove to be clueless or majorly unhelpful but I'm delighted to say this was definitely not the case with Treatme.net. Thanks again and I look forward to the days themselves

First impressions, they say, last a long time. Well, often true; however certainly not on this occasion. Not when there are staff members like the one I've dealt with so far at Treatme, who care more about the satisfaction of their customers than otherwise. Something I genuinely wish most companies will take queue from. So yeah, My initial negative first impressions about treatme (due to something that wasnt even their fault in the first place) has now been turned around positively.

Didn't receive the vouchers on email, discount code didn't work, so I emailed them from their website and even that didn't work properly. So I rang, moaned about it being an 0845 number and they called me back. Awesome fantastic customer service, apologised for the website not working properly, explained they had taken over and there were a few hiccups and resolved everything including sending out the email vouchers within 30 minutes. Brilliant result and lovely people, can't wait to spend money again with you.

I went to book online was but not 100% sure of the date and a member of the team contacted me to make sure i was okay booking was a really nice touch. Once i was sure of the date i reponded and booked. He also helpd me find a deal for a spa which i only decided to book whilst on the phone. very helpful and a peronal feel. Called back each time he said he would.

Bought my husband a super cars experience. Was told there were no Porsches so he would have to call back early 2013. Was then told in feb 2013 there were no Porsche experiences at all. Was told someone would phone me back - waited 4 weeks no one phoned. Phoned back and was told we coul have a Porsche included but would not be at our hoses location and would have to pay £20 to move location. Was told someone would phone me back - never did. My husband phoned and was told the date was booked however the circuit them told him they needed to speak to the person who booked the voucher, so I phoned and hallelujah, she was able to help resolve all issues within 5 mins. She was great, just wish I had been put through to her over the past few months, so I didn't end up getting frustrated with the previous poor service. Thanks for helping me resolve

I have booked one of the Orint Express trips as a gift for my husband. Only after I've paid I was notified that the trip was cancelled which was very disappointing. However I was contacted imediatelly by the Treat Me stuff to offer me either other trip or refund. A very nice lady helped me to choose other trip. Overall happy with the service.
