I have not used Treatme for a while so it was great to find something I think my husband will like for his significant birthday. however, something went wrong with my booking - the screen went into a single line with a fault number at the end and I was not sure what to do. I left it to see what would happen, rather than try again and end up with two payments. I got an acknowledgement from WorldPay that the transaction had occured and before I could get concerned I had a phone call from Treatme who was following it up. He sorted it all out very quickly and all is well.
the only thing that hasn't worked now is the link to 2 free cinema tickets - my computer gave me another one line error page. Haven't decided how to follow that one up. Machines....
