Booked spa break with spabreaks.com and paid in full. 2 weeks after I made the booking they telephoned me to say the hotel that they booked on my behalf was fully booked. I asked for alternative hotels, which they provided, I chose from the alternatives and they came back to me to say the alternative was fully booked. With less than 2 weeks before our spa break we have chosen a hotel we wouldnt have chosen, I asked for compenesation or an upgrade from James at spabreaks.com and he offered me £10 off my next booking, which I will not be booking through spabreaks again. I confirm to James myself and my friends want a couple of days and the hotel has just called to confirm a completely different treatment, good job the hotel called as James obviously hadn't. I would definitely not use spabreaks.com again.
