“Unhelpfull”

We purchased tickets to go to the Ripley Castle Landrover Spring Adventure tickets was for 2 people plus caravan for the weekend all was well with this until I ended up in hospital having major back surgery so was unable to attend we contacted ticket script and this is were things went down hill as we was told that we could not have a refund and that we should have sold our tickets on this would have been hard to do as they was for the weekend with caravan also it states on the ticket that it is strictly prohibited to re sale the e ticket to a third party. We had proof of my hospital stay which I am still recovery from but they was not having any of it so it has been an expensive lesson and we will not recommend this site or using it ourselves again.
