Jack the Ripper.....rip off would be more accurate!

I was given this experience as a gift from my daughter on her wedding day ( which is what REALLY sticks in my throat)! After several attempts to arrange this day, and with the vaguest of instructions from Activity Superstore ( note to them ; there are FOUR exits from Aldgate East Station, so try and be more specific! Also eating at ' a curry house in Brick Lane'( try narrowing it down a bit or get a name)! We were notified of the date, time & place to meet our guide. We arrived in plenty of time, but surprise surprise no one showed, and the contact number we were given was an office answerphone stating they didn't take calls out of 'office hours'. Interesting that it was the number we had been given were we to get lost looking for our tour rendezvous!
On speaking to a local shop owner, this isn't the first time that this company and its ' ripper expert ' have left people hanging with no tour guide!

I was dubious from the outset after reading so many bad reviews and this has only confirmed my convictions! A half arsed attempt from start to finish, made worse by extra expense for travel and inconvenience ! I wonder if the stores that allow you to use them as outlets for your so called experiences have read any of the dozens of poor reviews left by dissatisfied customers! I certainly wont be using you again!
