I was very dissapointed with the service! I made an offer on a house, they asked for me provide lots of personal information but would not assign me to one person who was handling the offer, I was pass around from person to person, not ask at any point to agree to their privacy policy (NOT GDPR compliant).

I had to call Multiple times to try and get an answer on anything and took them over a week after I made the offer to take the property off their site - despite agreeing with the seller that this was part of the deal for it to be removed.

I would not recommend or use them when I sell a property

I would give them 6 stars if I could. The person I dealt with was truly a star. During my uneasy buy she made sure everyone was updated, every time I asked her something she was getting back within a few hours. Unfortunately I had to withdraw my offer in the end but it was not her fault at all and she really tried her best to ensure I was happy even though I was not their customer. I would definitely recommend, very good contact, very nice customer service ! Would probably use them in the future knowing how easy it is.

Great service our house despite being a market town was visited within 48 hours with photograher and epc assessor-(value at 70 gbp extra) Our emoov entry was on main right move and zoopla within 24 hrs.

The system asked for times we were available to show prospects around and their buying situation ie offer on their house which was provided before visit. 3 viewings arranged in 48 hours and offer received within another 24 hours.

Why would you pay 4k for an estate agent?

Only negative was price estimate given. We did our own research and had estate agents range which both 20k lower,so do not rely on their desk research. If realistic and not just testing the market and want to sell, the online price of 700 gbp is a bargain. I would have used estate agent but could not get any to reduce their ridiculous fees.

Remember when dixon currys did not sell online and customers used them to view goods then bought online far cheaper, it took a while before they embraced the new online click and buy model!

The online estate agent power is in the photograhs and getting onto the major house search platforms. Would recommend the service provided by emoov.

My experience with eMoov has been very poor at best. Let me explain, after listing with eMoov at the price they suggested (which I have reduced since) I have had what they call 'buyers' offer on my property 20k below asking price, 24k below asking price and leaving feedback such as 'outside of our budget' & 'It's an amazing property that has been kept in outstanding condition' with no offer.

Now eMoov allow people to book a viewing directly with you via an online submission, so in effect no qualification is done on the potential buyer by eMoov. Couple this with 'Team Leader' attitude in the 'Viewing' team which was to not listen, talk over you and basically display no customer service or diplomacy skills whatsoever causing immense frustration, it's no wonder I am accommodating 'tyre kickers' viewing my home.

Feedback and pursuing people who have looked at my home and then contacting me by eMoov has been less than satisfactory in my view. They rely heavily on people doing for them selves online. The times I have called up and been put through to someone who does little to help or cannot help and seems very rushed have been infuriating for me.

All in all, the staff appear pressured, unskilled, communication is poor and eMoov's processes leave a lot to be desired. Unless Russell Q (Director / owner ?) looks closely at his staff and company processes with a view to making them more customer centric I do not see a future for this company.

Having spent £700+ I will bite the bullet and go the traditional way of a high St estate agent, at least they have drive to sell your home and communicate with you. Galls me, but you get what you pay for.This is all of course my view of the service I have experinced

Really professional service ,sold my house within 6 weeks .Always answered the phone to prospective buyers because they are open 7 days a week (local estate agents Cheshire 5 and a half days a week if you’re lucky). Open until 8pm weekdays so after work you can call them . Gave me updates after viewings and feedback without delay. Did not lie once, above all I was shocked by this .The first estate agent I’ve come across that didn’t . It would have cost me around £2000 with a local joke shop to sell my house. These guys did it for around £600 it’s a no brainer.

I have only recently found and communicated with this e agent, following years of unsuccessful high street agency loyalty.

I cannot recommend the staff more highly in their roles as advisors, instructors and listeners when dealing with all aspects of marketing of my property.

I rarely write reviews , as I am a driven professional myself, however, this team are exceptional and, regardless of my personal outcome, I will always highly recommend Emoov to buy or sell property.

My positive experience has been relayed to many friends, and is reverberating in their social circles.

No one ( like myself ) ever considered the use of internet agents to sell property until now ! I researched the options thoroughly and Emoov was nominated the market leader in several reviews - now I know why !

We were fortunate enough to purchase a property being sold via Emoov. This was our first experience working with an online agency and we were consistently impressed with the excellent standard of customer service we received. Our main contact at Emoov was fabulous and always available at the end of the phone keeping us informed and in touch with the vendors without being intrusive or pushy. Throughout the purchase of the property we got the impression she was genuinely interested in supporting us, and the vendors, in maintaining a clear and open dialogue. She was also genuine, helpful and friendly taking an interest in our lives. This made the whole process so much easier than we've experienced with other agencies! Communication was prompt and efficient and all our queries were dealt with quickly either via email or on the phone. I was extremely dubious when my husband suggested using an online agent, but I have found the service provided by Emoov to be excellent through what proved to be a difficult sale. My sales negotiator was excellent, always helpful and on hand to answer any queries. She was also brilliant at providing support and trying to resolve difficult issues. I think the best thing about using Emoov is that they are great at passing on messages between buyer/seller/solicitors, something which i have always found lacking in high street agents. During the course of my sale with Emoov, I have found every member of staff that I've spoken with helpful and eager to assist. I would not hesitate in recommending Emoov.

We received a top-class service from this agency for a fraction of normal estate agent fees. All the staff were courteous and professional. In particular I am indebted to them for a caring first class service. When the initial buyer pulled out without much given reasons, Pam and the team acted quickly by placing back the property on the market and securing a new buyer who completed in a record breaking time of 4 weeks.

Overall very satisfied and highly recommend this online estate agent.

I would like to say the biggest thank you to Emoov for the service I received from beginning to end, it constantly felt like I had additional support that I have certainly never received from selling my previous homes with high street estate agents.

Everything was seamless, from my advert to the consistent advice throughout the process. Their communication was amazing and nothing was too much. I had a difficult buyer and the person I was buying from was awkward at every stage and this really did not faze them, by the end of the process my buyer and the developer from my onward purchase would simply only deal with this person due to the amount of compassion and understanding she offers. They got fed up with the solicitors and she pushed to get what needed to be done. At various points I thought we would never complete and I still believe we wouldn't have without them on our side.

Thank you girls, for all your hard work and for achieving not our only our sale but assisting us to now be in our dream home. Unlike a high street agent they actually care about the customer and their buyers.

I don't intend moving again any time soon but if I do I know who I will be calling and I am constantly telling people how amazing these girls and the whole team at emoov are.
