Head office just as bad, spineless individual who wouldn't acknowledge or apologise or even look into the issue...just money grabbing issuing threat of court action when I delayed payment whilst awaiting some kind of apology. Forced to pay up even though they didn't deserve a penny threatening court action. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, READ THEIR CONTRACT BECAUSE IF YOU WANT TO LEAVE OR SACK THEM, THEY WILL GIVE YOU GRIEF. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND USE ANOTHER AGENT."
