Do not use this agent! Did not turn up for viewing I was shown around by the people living in the house, called to apply and paid over £300 in fees! Then the amount was taken again from my card the next day, called to get the second lot refunded, was told by rude member of staff that the amount would be knocked off my final bill which was not due to be paid for another month, advised her that this was not good enough and she threatened to put house back on the market, when I asked to speak to the manager she advised he only works part time?! Staff never come back to you, constantly chasing updates on application, just thankful I will be dealing with the landlord directly once I have my keys next month! Avoid!!!
