Early days, but so far the experience is very positive. It is apparent that there is a lot work to do if you are taking over from a previous incumbent of 15 years. So far no issues but it becomes obvious that the previous incumbent were not doing what they should have been. Apparently a 'portal' is available so the directors and leaseholders can view information on line. This could prove valuable in the future when set up.

So far so good.

Never see tasks through, no management processes - all decisions made are never linked to customer satisfaction but purely about seeking how they can charge customers for services - I have had an outstanding job on my property that has stretched over 10 years - no ownership, support. They recently agreed a simple plumbing job on my property without my consent for over £1100 - you would expect a job of that value to be discussed first with the owner of the property so I ultimately have a decision to make, but no Blocsphere see this as an opportunity to make money - I have refuse payment until I have spoken to the director as why the decisions was made? did they get three quotes? What are their processes and methods to supporting customers - as you can imagine none of this happened - the icing in the cake to this is they then demand a minimum payment of £360 - still over what is required to pay for the original job - I demanded again to speak to a director before payment was made - they then decide to charge me an additional £250 and refer me to a solicitor - I still have had no call, email or correspondence from the directors - again charge me for their poor processes - Stay clear of this company, they will tie you into legal battles and will hold you to account consistently on paying them money!

Sadly we are forced to have this company, which has seen our costs spiral from £175 - £1000 per annum with little explanation. Since taking over we’re made numerous promises that never materialised. Less than transparent with information, and getting that information is at times a battle. They do have some great staff, our property manager and the person who deals with the accounts for our development. Unfortunately trying to have any reasonable interaction with those at the top is just challenging, and it feels that they intentionally look to create more issues, as they certainly don’t resolve them. Sadly due to this you are unable to believe or trust what you’re told.

I have spoken to Blocsphere on several occasions and find the staff really helpful if you don't understand anything and i have always had a quick reply by phone and email if necessary .

The online leaseholder portal is easy to use and really useful for keeping track of payments.

After the Grenfell Tower enquiry there is now more paperwork for us all to do to keep everyone safe and i think Blocsphere have made it easy to understand for tenants.

I would definitely recommend using Blocspere

Blocsphere recently took over my uncles flat. Tripled the fees. Won't communicate about the issues. The simply keep sending intimidating letters for payment. They look legitimate and together but underneath it appears they are trying to extract money from vulnerable residents without fulfiling their management obligations.

There are numerous unanswered emails and letters. They only replied to any communications when it suited them. They charged fees far in excess of their projected budget. Quite often their directors would not attend meetings and when they did they did not have answers to questions or were devious with their replies. They have had an unreasonable turnover of staff which, in my opinion, suggests an unhappy ship. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Blocsphere Property Management are definately the best letting agent / estate agent in Telford!

I have used them as a tenant and they have always exceeded my expectations.

Whenever i have used them, they have always had offers on for tenants but i would have used them anyway even if their fees were more expensive than other agents in the area.
