When moving in the house was damp and dirty, stains and dirt over most surfaces despite being told it would be sorted.
Repeated complaints of damp were made and ignored.
Only when environmental health and citizens advice were contacted did reeds bother to do anything. The only thing they did was harass the tenant. Not make any repairs.
On leaving reeds rains continued to harass the tenant and demanded payment for cleaning, despite cleaning being done by the tenant and the dirty state it was leased in.
Several items of tenants property were damaged due to the state of the residence.
You will not get a straight answer out of them.
I could not recommend them less.
