All staff were helpful, friendly and efficient throughout the process. It made it really simple and less stressful to organise my move. All communication via phone and email has been really clear, to the point and professional. I haven’t used an online letting agents before - only high street agents - and I would definitely recommend it, especially for the speed the referencing was processed. I felt there could have been more communication in regards to the moving in process, as in a hand over to the landlord perhaps. I would have liked it to have been made clearer there would be no inventory for the property but all in all this simplified the experience anyway.
