Fantastic Service from Sale to Completion

Our house had been on the market for 18 months when we contacted Express Estate Agency. At the initial meeting they were open and honest about the sale price and what we would realistically sell the property for in the current climate. We took this advice and within 6 weeks the property was sold. We were then introduced to Beth Holland who explained she would now be with us until we completed on the property . For the next 6 weeks Beth was fantastic, she communicated daily, she chased both sets of solicitors, she talked us through the survey and responded to all our questions within 24 hours of asking. We were moving areas so it was particuarly stressful on timescales due to the childrens schooling and Beth worked so hard to ensure we completed on time. Beth took away all the anxiety of having to negotiate with Banks/Solicitors/Surveyors she did it all and we cant thank her enough. We completed yesterday and will recommend Express Esate Agency to any friends.
