The good:
Sourced new tenants quickly and efficiently
Managed tricky repairs and maintenance issues well
Lettings team communicates well with landlords and tenants

The bad:
Accounts department communicates badly, makes mistakes and is slow to correct mistakes
Commission is all charged upfront, I see no justification for this, especially for longer contracts
