The customer service is the worst Ive ever know. They do not deal with anything you complain about in the house and when it comes to getting your deposit back you will be lucky if you get a quarter of it as they take money off for a million things that is untrue.

I would strongly advise you to not go here.

I have been waiting 6 weeks and still haven't had my deposit back as one member of staff has been off for 4 weeks and no one else can deal with it supposedly and now they have offered me 160 deposit out of 450 saying the carpets are disgusting they were immaculate I even had them cleaned just to be polite!!!
