Worst estate agent!!

Its been two months iv rented a flat with BE.when i first viewed the property i noticed the bath was blocked and told them to repair it before we get the keys.they kept on finding faults with my gaurantor and made me change it three times!and kept on calling me wanting more information(this is after we got the keys)and now two months later they are asking more numerous documents from my gurantor which has already been given and has been harassing both of us to get sent asap or else my gurantor wont be accepted?why didnt they do the checking before they gave us the keys.i recently got my bath blocked fixed after calling them and speaking to them in person over 7times in the past two months.they said its not their problem and to contact the repair team myself,which i did but they still delayed it.even after telling them before i moved i need repairs done in my bathroom,they totally ignored me and didnt listen to me.they dont listen to what we have to say but they like harassing us with documents they need which they already have and want more!i gave all the necessary evidence required to rent a property but i think they are bery dodgy people.im paying rent and havent done nothing wrong but theyre still not happy!!
